I figured that since I am slapping something new up here every couple of months, then I should consolidate everything into one thread. To start off, here are Spirit, Lady Jaye, and Serpentor sketches; a Serpentor/Golobulus sculpt; a Stinger Driver painting; PoetFlint's Cover Girl request; and CIAD's Spirit/Storm Shadow request. I know you guys asked for charcoal, but I thought I'd try to throw together small oil paintings rather quickly. If you still want them in charcoal, then I'll make it up to you guys. This will probably be the last I can do for another month or two, so let me know of any ideas you may have and I'll get to them at a later date. Cheers!

Very cool artwork, very cool. Definetly love the Egytpian style stuff, and love the Cobra Trooper too, very dark looking.

I like the Cover Girl and Cobra Trooper pics. Great use of color and shading. I have a couple questions, though: That golden snake dude... Is it a sculpture, or a finely made 3D rendering on paper? And... Is that Serpentor with a snake body? It's cool, but I just want to know what art medium was used and who it is.

Its a little sculpture, Breaker; I have absolutely no computer skills what so ever. That's all for another month or two. Thanks for all the kind words, guys. I vow that one day I will throw down an eight by five foot painting like I am used to doing so I can give you all a worthy Joe tribute. Cheers!

That's a kick-ass sculpture. You might have a future in collectibles and statuettes.

Sorry Breaker, I didn't answer both of your questions. It is Serpentor with a snake body and sort of a pharaoh design. Color Viper did this great pic of a Napoleon inspired Serpentor, and I thought it would be cool to do an egyptian one. I gave him the snake body because I considered him the heir to Cobra La, and felt he would have to resemble Golobulus somewhat if he were to take his place.

That's an awesome mutated Serpentor, then. Cool concept for it, too.

Good luck on your weekend. Slap any ideas in here and I'll get to them when I can. On Sunday I'm starting a project that has to be done by Oct 13, but I truly doubt it will take that long.

Right?!?!? I absolutely love the way SS is cracking his knuckles as Spirit looks at him with that "come & get it" cold stare....

Masked, or no?
Also, Wild Bill, I have not forgotten about you. A personal project for my sister has pushed back my paid work a couple of weeks. I'll have time for your pic next week.
