Well, 4 and 5 I don't need suggestions for, but #3, definitely, since it's a S6 version of my favorite GI Joe.

I want to use a Flint body:

and a Hi-Tech head (sans goggles):

To make this in S6 form:

Now my need of suggestions. Do I try for the "Hawaiian shirt" look? Or go for a more 'sigma-tized' look? I'm thinking the 2nd option, because of the "turtleneck" look of the Flint figure. But I can't find any others that really have the "shirt" look to them. Any ideas?

I think the Hawian shirt could be pulled off, he just would be wearing a turtle neck with a Hawian shirt.

To me, Chuckles ain't Chuckles without his Mangum PI shirt.

Yeah, the Hawaiian shirt is a huge part of the character...:think

But that head is PERFECT!

Chuckles is one of my favorite Joes as well...can't wait to see what you come up with! :thumbsup

You could always rock up a material hawaiian shirt to go over the top! You could then keep the essence of Chuckles' V1 outfit, and you wouldn't have to spend ages painting flowers! Bonus!

Can the turtle neck be shaved down...or cut off? I'm not sure what is behind it as I don't have the figure.

You can always sculpt the shirt collars on if you get the turtle neck off.

Yeah, that's a good idea. The turtleneck looks like it can be shaved down then sanded. Though I'm thinking Mr. Weasel has a valid point. I might have to look for some hawaiian patterned cloth around here somewhere!

You could have a subtle browse of what Barbie's boy friend Ken sports. There must have been a "Barbie and Ken Hawaiian Mohito" set. If so, Your Sigma joes could get in on that cocktail making set! Happy hour in the Pit!
