Rumbler was included with the Radio-Controlled “Crossfire” vehicle, a Toys “R” Us exclusive. This was also the only version of this figure ever made, and he’s considered a rare find loose and complete.

According to The Ultimate Guide, neither the R/C Crossfire vehicle, nor Rumbler was ever featured in any of the Hasbro catalog inserts. A quick glance at any of them will confirm this. This highly-detailed figure was made from the recycled parts of Footloose, Heavy Metal, and Bazooka.
