III. Armadillo.

Armadillo was an exclusive vehicle driver included with the Rolling Thunder. Despite being one of the largest and most expensive vehicles in the collection, the Rolling Thunder driver is not considered very rare at all.

His overall design is fairly dull by comparison (I would say conspicuously so). Despite not coming with any accessories, it appears there were plans for this figure to come with a bandolier similar to the one that came with Backblast '89.

II. Rumbler.

Rumbler was included with the Radio-Controlled “Crossfire” vehicle, a Toys “R” Us exclusive. This was also the only version of this figure ever made, and he’s considered a rare find loose and complete.

According to The Ultimate Guide, neither the R/C Crossfire vehicle, nor Rumbler was ever featured in any of the Hasbro catalog inserts. A quick glance at any of them will confirm this. This highly-detailed figure was made from the recycled parts of Footloose, Heavy Metal, and Bazooka.

Recently got both of these in. Now I'm almost all caught up. Thinking of nabbing the Cobra Sniper as he's the only piece I don't have yet, but trying to justify the cost of what's basically a repaint.
