Way too sweet. I'll definitley have to snatch this one up. They do a lot of good stuff. Same company that did the Ultra Magnus/Prime/Nemesis armors and the Superion set. I need to find the helicopter combaticon since I have the center gun truck and the tank out.

Oh G2 . . . I've always kinda dug the G2 colors. They were ridiculously impractical, but it was the 90's. Would love to see TFA Swindle in G2 colors.

I actually dig a lot of the G2 stuff, Screamer and Ramjet rock.

Black Sideswipe rules, Jazz isn't half bad.

The Cyberjets were highly underated.

The Rotor bots were okay.

I've had enough Spy Changers to last a lifetime.

The sick completist in me wants the red, green, blue, and turquise Dinobots.

I don't have any of the others so I can't judge.

But that Inferno looks like Rainbow Brite has inhabited a Cybertronian body.

Oh, you can almost count on a Blue Grimlock. Probably a Black Sideswipe, too. I'd love to see G2 jets/ and or Cyberjets.

Yeah. I'm feeling semi-burnt out by TFs myself, but I kinda got back into it after reading the Simon Furman run of Transformers and TF G2 this week. I probably won't collect much more though.

Because of the fallout from the 07 "Seeker set" Hasbro is very picky on what they will allow FP to make exclusives of. Which is why the last 3 years, we've gotten stuff that seems to be popular with only a portion of the fandom, and would never fare well at retail. I think it is a good thing, honestly, because it keeps the secondary market value down, and easier for non-attendees to get the ones they want.

I have mixed feelings on G2. I liked some of it, but agree that a lot of it was hideous.

But, you can't tell me that some of the early 90's 'Joes were colored any better...

Battle Corps Firefly, Eco-Warriors Flint, Ninja Force Zartan, "Paintball" Snake Eyes, etc. come to mind

Now, before you jump down my throat, I'm not hating on them at all, I'm just saying...

According to the Botcon Brochure, Streetwise, Clench and Skybyte (?! ) will be rounding out the box set.

Please to not use the awful TFU Prowl mold for Streetwise thank you. You know they will though since it's the only Classics/TFU cop car we've got, and that's a real life tragedy . . . *grumblesnarl*

Clench? Only mold I can see them using would be the Classics Prime with a new head? Maybe the Laser Prime/RID Scourge cab mold as a surprize with new head?

Skybyte? As in from RID? Don't get me wrong. I kinda liked him in the context of RID, but it's quite odd to stick a figure from an entirely different continuity where he doesn't make much sense. Afaik I was under the impression that Maximals and Predacons were from a distant future . . . at the very least it's a random anachronism. His character also doesn't really fit the tone that I got from G2. I'm guessing Energon Sharkticon?

Munitioner looks absolutely awesome! I think Ron Jeremy modeled for Explorer's spaceship mode though . . . I think I'll get two munitioners so I can keep one in robot mode. Now lets see him in G2 Swindle colors (I had the G2 Swindle as a kid, and my cousin gave me the G1 version later on, but G2 is the favorite)!
